Hear about it the week it happens, not the quarter.
When something goes wrong at a branch, the customer tells head office directly, and someone owns putting it right. Every message is read the same way, so you also see which problems keep coming back, and where.
Head office is the last to know.
Area managers cover too many sites to see any of them. Checklists get ticked, mystery shops are one visit a month, and branches volunteer less the more they're inspected.
Problems reach head office through a rating drop, a franchisee escalation or a screenshot, weeks after customers noticed.
The customer it happened to has nowhere to take it but the branch that caused it.
Your customers are the only witnesses at the branch with no reason to make it look good. Outhentik gives them a direct line to you.
One message, read the same way at every branch.
- 01
The customer tells head office.
A code at the counter, on the table or on the receipt, or a link after the visit. They type, speak or record, with no app and no account, and choose whether someone may contact them.
- 02
Every message is read the same way.
One reader at every location, so a complaint at branch 40 is measured like a complaint at branch 3. The original message stays behind every finding.
- 03
Head office acts, and sees what repeats.
A customer who asks to hear back becomes a case with an owner and a clock. A problem that shows up at more than one branch becomes an issue in your daily brief.
See what your customers see.
Scan the code and send a message yourself.
From a customer's message to someone fixing it.
Built for the people who run the group.
It goes to head office, not the branch.
Branch managers see their own location's messages. They can't edit, hide or intercept them.
Every customer is offered the same choices.
Nothing routes on the rating, and no setting can make it.
Nothing for staff to install.
The branch places the code. Everything else runs on the customer's phone and at head office.
Arabic and English, one reader.
Full right-to-left, and a complaint in either language lands in the same issue.
Consent recorded at send.
An append-only trail nobody at the business or at Outhentik can edit. Voice and video stay playable for as long as you keep your account.
Priced per location.
Enterprise includes unlimited seats, so every area and branch manager gets their own login and the bill doesn't move.

Google review invites and public sharing are available on every plan, off by default. Public sharing always needs the customer's yes.

Questions operations teams ask.
Will customers actually send messages?
That's the first thing every rollout finds out, and Outhentik doesn't publish a response rate it can't back up. The ask is built to be easy: no app, no account, nothing required, under a minute.
What happens when a customer asks to be contacted?
It becomes a case with an owner, a state and a clock. Head office assigns it, someone reaches out, and it's marked contacted, then resolved. If it wasn't really fixed, head office reopens it.
Can a branch manager hide a bad message?
No. Messages go to head office. Branch managers see their own location's messages and can mark a case contacted, nothing more.
Does this stop customers leaving Google reviews?
No. Customers can always leave a public review, and Outhentik never sits between a customer and Google. If you turn on review invites, every customer who opts in gets the same one, whatever they said.
Do customers have to be on camera?
No. Typing is the default. Voice and video are optional, and nothing is ever published without the customer's yes.
How long does setup take?
Each location gets its code and link the moment it's added. Placing the code at the branch is the only work on site.
Who owns the data?
You do. Outhentik never contacts your customers for its own purposes. Voice and video files, transcripts and the consent trail are kept for as long as you keep your account, and you can delete any message at any time.
