Enterprise Sales Partner

Remote GCC Part-time Commission-only

What Outhentik is

Outhentik gives a business a direct channel to every customer after they leave. The customer scans a code at the till or opens a link after delivery, records a short video, and picks what happens next. Every customer sees the same options no matter what they said: publish it, get invited to leave a Google review, or ask the branch to call them back.

For a group running 40 restaurants or 60 clinics, that becomes three things at once. Google ratings that climb across every branch rather than only the ones with a motivated manager, a library of real customer video the brand owns and can run as ads or send to franchisees, and a private inbox where an unhappy customer reaches the operator directly instead of writing a public review nobody sees until it is too late.

Google Maps is where Gulf customers decide which branch to visit, which clinic to book, and which restaurant to order from. Most large operators here have no system for it beyond reminding staff, which works in the branches with a strong manager and nowhere else.

Why this is a local company

Outhentik is registered in Jeddah under Dahi Alttatbiqat Establishment, commercial registration 7024055480. Local entity, local invoicing. You are not selling a foreign app with a support desk eight time zones away.

Who you sell to

F&B and restaurant groups, clinic and hospital networks, retail chains, fitness and gym operators, salon and beauty groups, and franchise systems. Typically 21 to 500 branches.

Your buyers are CEOs, COOs, VPs of Operations, Franchise Directors, and marketing leadership. Conversations happen in Arabic, materials are in English, and you need to be comfortable moving between the two.

What you do

You run the full cycle. Prospecting, discovery, the pilot, the proposal, and the close. You are not passing warm introductions to someone else, and you are not splitting commission with a closer.

The path to a deal: open on customer experience and operational visibility, run a demo with Outhentik on the call, set up a three-branch free pilot, align operations and marketing, then move to an annual agreement. Expect a two to four month cycle at this contract size.

There are no inbound leads. That also means no territory limits and first pick of a category almost nobody in this region is selling into properly yet.

What you get

Full training on the product, the positioning, and the enterprise motion. Pitch deck, pilot playbook, objection library, discovery scripts, pricing models, and your own demo account. Outhentik joins live demos and handles pricing, custom terms, and contracts.

You are not being asked to invent the pitch.

How you are paid

Commission only, on annual contracts, paid after the customer pays. You earn 15% of contract value in year one, then 10% every year the account renews, for the life of the account. Renewals pay you whether or not you touch them.

A 50-branch group at roughly SAR 86,000 in annual contract value pays about SAR 12,900 in year one and SAR 8,600 every renewal year. A 100-branch group at around SAR 169,000 pays about SAR 25,350 in year one and SAR 16,900 each renewal year. Contracts run from 21 branches upward, so the ceiling is set by the accounts you can reach.

Expansion inside an account you closed counts as yours. Payouts are tracked and reported in full.

Being straight about where this sits

Outhentik is small and bootstrapped, and the enterprise motion is early. That means no committee between you and a signed contract, direct access to the people who decide, and a wide-open market. It also means you will not be handed a reference list of well-known logos on day one.

If that trade does not appeal, this is not the right role.

Who this is for

People who have closed B2B contracts with multi-location or franchise organisations in the Gulf. Agency owners and consultants already sitting with regional F&B, retail, healthcare, or fitness groups. Enterprise SaaS sellers who want a second income line from relationships they already have. Franchise development, field marketing, or operations veterans who know how these groups actually buy here.

Fluent Arabic and working English are both required. If you have never carried a quota against a corporate account, this is not the right fit.
