Enterprise Sales Partner
What Outhentik is
Outhentik gives a business a direct channel to every customer after they walk out or check out. The customer scans a code or opens a link, records a short video, and picks what happens next. Every customer sees the same options no matter what they said: publish it, get invited to Google, or ask the operator to call them back.
That last detail is the whole business. Most reputation tools still read the star rating first and route only the happy customers toward Google. The FTC's 2024 final rule made that illegal at up to $51,744 per violation, and a chain running 200 locations is exposed at every site.
So the pitch to a large operator is two things at once. A review engine that grows Google ratings across every branch without the legal exposure, and a library of real customer video the brand owns and can run as ads, put on landing pages, or send to franchisees as proof. Underneath both sits a private inbox where a customer who wants a problem fixed reaches the operator directly, before it becomes a public review.
Who you sell to
Franchise systems, restaurant and hospitality groups, DSOs, physiotherapy and medspa chains, boutique fitness brands, salon and beauty groups, and PE-backed service roll-ups. Typically 21 to 500 locations.
Your buyers are CEOs, COOs, VPs of Operations, Franchise Directors, and senior customer experience leaders. These are people who understand immediately what opening a compliant, direct customer channel means operationally.
What you do
You run the full cycle. Prospecting, discovery, the pilot, the proposal, and the close. You are not passing warm introductions to someone else, and you are not splitting commission with a closer.
The path to a deal: open on compliance risk and operational visibility, run a demo with founder support on the call, set up a three-location free pilot, align operations and marketing, then move to an annual agreement. Realistically that is a two to four month cycle at this contract size. Anyone telling you enterprise deals of this size close in weeks is selling you something.
There are no inbound leads. That also means no territory limits, no internal competition for accounts, and first pick of a market almost nobody is selling into properly yet.
What you get
Full training on the product, the positioning, and the enterprise motion. Pitch deck, pilot playbook, objection library, discovery call scripts, pricing models, and your own demo account. The founder joins live demos and handles pricing, custom terms, and contracts.
You are not being asked to invent the pitch.
How you are paid
Commission only, on annual contracts, paid after the customer pays. You earn 15% of contract value in year one, then 10% every year the account renews, for the life of the account. Renewals pay you whether or not you touch them.
A 100-location group at roughly $45,000 in annual contract value pays about $6,750 in year one and $4,500 every renewal year. A 200-location group at around $86,000 pays about $12,960 in year one and $8,640 each renewal year. Contracts run from 21 locations to several thousand, so the ceiling is set by the accounts you can reach.
Expansion inside an account you closed counts as yours. Payouts are tracked and reported in full.
Being straight about where this sits
Outhentik is founder-led and bootstrapped, and the enterprise motion is early. That means no committee between you and a signed contract, direct access to the founder, and a wide-open market. It also means you will not be handed a reference list of household names on day one.
If that trade does not appeal, this is not the right role. If it does, the upside is that you are early.
Who this is for
People who have closed B2B contracts with organisations running 20 or more locations. Agency owners and consultants already sitting with regional or national operators. Enterprise SaaS sellers who want a second income line from relationships they already have. Franchise development, field marketing, or operations veterans who know how these groups actually buy.
If you have never carried a quota against a corporate account, this is not the right fit.
